27 Northgate Street is one of the best locations for students in Aberystwyth.
Sitting between the University and the town centre at the bottom of Penglais Hill, it's
close to all the places that matter, like the campus, railway and bus stations, Aldi, Tesco,
Marks and Sparks, the seafront, National Library of Wales, Bronglais Hospital and the shops,
clubs and pubs of downtown.
The house is also on the bus route to the campus, with a bus stop opposite the front door.
There is parking in the nearby side streets.
