The Accommodation

 

When we bought 27 Northgate Street in 2013 it was in poor condition. 

 

Since then we have spent a significant amount of time and money upgrading and decorating it to make it more comfortable.

 

We have fully insulated the loft space, replaced the  furniture, fridge, oven, central heating and hot water boiler system, renewed the fitted carpets and decorated from top to bottom. We also clean the carpets each year, normally during the summer holidays.

The house is operated under a HMO Licence issued by Ceredigion County Council (No. MO150/TL505773).  Consequently it is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system which is checked weekly.  The fire safety equipment, gas and electrical supplies are inspected on a regular basis.

 

It has double glazing and there is a secure private backyard for bike storage and BBQs. There are two modern bathrooms (including a bath and two showers) and a modern fitted kitchen with washing machine and plenty of storage cupboards.  Each bedroom has a desk and chair, bookcase and single (1 room) or double bed (5 rooms). Access to each bedroom is by a lockable fire door.

The house is fully managed for us by Padarn Property, and has been rented to students every academic year throughout our ownership due to its ideal location and comfortable accommodation.
